Creating a perfect closed system, the Cat's Den stays away from wooden structures to make the enclosure more attractive, using a thicker wire for the mesh, the enclosure is able to support itself. Only the larger enclosures will need a little bit of support.

The Cat's Den uses galvanized mesh that has a 2" x 2" mesh. By using galvanized mesh, the rust factor is eliminated, and the cedar wood flooring and shelves serves to eliminate rotting.
